We're quite dynamic when it comes to choosing our couriers. As much as possible, we use local couriers. There are instances though where we tap other couriers to ensure safety and timely delivery of your order.
Shipment status relies on the courier's ability to update and deliver your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will be in the courier's hand. There might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. You can continue to track your order at our website or you can also check it with your local courier. It takes a maximum of 5 days before the status of your order is updated in our website. If you check it within 5 business days, it is highly likely that your order is not yet updated. We try our best to update our customers with their orders in every step but if there are times that the order is not available, please try it again later. After receiving your order tracking details (order number and tracking number), you can already start monitoring your order. Take note though that order status is usually updated within 24-72 hours to ensure accuracy as we are processing thousands of orders daily.
